Are returns free?

Returns are complimentary for orders delivered in France.
From outside France, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

How long do I have to request a return?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewel to receive your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and our atelier address.

How do I return an item from France?

We will send you a complimentary Colissimo return label.
Please return your jewel within 6 working days, in its original box with the return form enclosed.

The Colissimo label is valid for 6 working days; after this period, it cannot unfortunately be reissued.

How do I return an item from outside France?

After receiving your RAN, please send your parcel within 6 working days using a service that is:

• tracked
• insured
• signed for on delivery

We cannot accept liability for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit.

What are the return conditions?

The jewellery must be:

• unworn and in perfect condition
• returned in its original packaging with its tag
• sent within the stated time frame

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, the full price of the product will be refunded.
Original shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.

Please note that payment providers may take up to 10 days to credit your original payment method.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
