Your use of this Site is governed by the following terms of use (“Terms”). By using this Site, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms.

P2L (“PERLE DE LUNE”, "We") may, from time to time, change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Site after any modification, the customer ("You") agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed. Please review it from time to time to remain informed. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, and any changes to the Terms, please stop using this Site.

 

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS



Ownership of all rights, including copyright, relating to this website is vested with PERLE DE LUNE. All materials on this Site are protected by copyrights, designs, trademarks and/or all other intellectual property rights and materials. These materials are owned by PERLE DE LUNE. Such materials include, but are not limited to, the photographs, images, illustrations, and text. Use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them wholly or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is not allowed without the permission of PERLE DE LUNE. You may not save, transform, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose. All rights are reserved, worldwide.


 

PRICES



Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. Prices can be displayed in USD and GBP with an indicative price calculated with a currency converter. All orders will be charged in Euros. 

If you are purchasing goods from outside the EU, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card with the one displayed using a currency converter.

 

VAT FREE SALES

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT (at 20.0%).
 At the checkout stage, when a non EU delivery address is given the VAT element will automatically be deducted. 
Please note you will be liable for import duties in the usual way and your local customs office should be able to help you with this. 


 

QUALITY



Every item on the site has been made to the highest standard of quality. Please note that some items are made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown. As all our jewellery is hand made, there may also be small variations in actual dimensions and specifications.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY



Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

 

DELIVERY

Most orders are processed with one day, and aim to have all orders delivered within 2 to 10 working days (depending on the shipping method used), unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms.

Items being sold online should be available in stock, but if an item has just sold out we will notify you of this and inform you by email of the new delivery time (this can take from 2 to 8 weeks if it has to be made especially for you).

We are not liable for delays from or damage incurred to goods during transit or for non-delivery.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

 

DELIVERY 

UK deliveries: 

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed (standard delivery) , or by Special Delivery Next day by 1pm if you choose the Express delivery method. 

EU Deliveries :

Your order will be sent by post using a trackable service, or by international courier such as FedEx or DHL is you choose the Express Delivery service 

 Rest Of the World deliveries:

All Goods will be sent by international courriers such as FedEx or DHL, or any other shipping company depending on the final destination.

Please note the receiver of the parcel will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurrent in the country of destination.

 All our deliveries are trackable online on the carrier's website. After completing your purchase you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the courier website. You can also Opt-in for tracking from your mobile phone and receive mobile phone notifications.

  

CUSTOMER SERVICE

To check on the status of an order which has not been shipped yet, please contact us by email at sophie@perledelune.com.

To check the location of an order which has been shipped, please click on the link received in the shipping confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us by email at sophie@perledelune.com if you wish to return  or exchange an item within 14 days of date of delivery. We will then provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), return form and address. You have 7 days after receiving our return form to return your item.

Please do not return your item without our prior consent as the return address may vary depending on where from the order was initially delivered, and your shipment may be held by Customs if sent at to an incorrect address.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund items in their original condition and packaging and which must not have been worn. We will inspect all returned items, and issue the refund of the value of the returned item(s) less shipping charges within about 2 days. Please note that our payment providers may take up to 10 days to credit your original payment method.

PERLE DE LUNE cannot refund any taxes or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.

Exchanges are possible only if the requested item(s)  is(are) available. 

We will dispatch the exchanged item only after after we receive the returned item(s) in perfect condition.

We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service for any return.

We cannot accept liability for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will not be accepted nor refunded.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

                         we don’t have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

                         we do not deliver to your area; or

                         One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will inform you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account payment method, but in any event within 15 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

CLAIMS

Claims can only be made through the PERLE DE LUNE customer service department by e-mail: sophie@perledelune.com Any claims made before prior communication with the PERLE DE LUNE customer service department will not be taken into account.

All goods must be checked at the time of delivery. Any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any claim in respect of the above should be made by e-mail to sophie@perledelune.com within 48hrs of the delivery.

No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer,.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at sophie@perledelune.com You will receive a written response within 2 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.

 

PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the European legislation and GBDe Recommendations issued in September 2001).

We collect information about you for 2 main reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. PERLE DE LUNE only collects information when you volunteer it when registering your details for online payment – you also have the option to refuse any future marketing emails from us.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

                         Delivery Address

                         Phone Number

                         E-mail Address

 

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at sophie@perledelune.com If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it as soon as possible. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. PERLE DE LUNE will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor market it elsewhere. 

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie internet file which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you decide to change your browser settings.

Automatically recorded information (non-personal data)

When you access the PERLE DE LUNE website, general non-personal information (Internet browser used, number of visits, average time spent on site, pages viewed) is recorded automatically (not as part of website maintenance). This information is used to gauge our website’s appeal and to improve its content and functionality. Your data is not used for another purpose nor is it transmitted to third parties.

 

Security Policy

PERLE DE LUNE employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of your personal data. All payments and card details that are given to us by you the customer are encrypted on secure servers  Please note we do not store any of our customer’s payment details.

 

LIABILITY

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you placed your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail. 

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

 

Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

 

Governing Law

Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within France and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with French Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with French Law and the French Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

 

Entire Agreement

 

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

 

Events Beyond our Control

We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
